I
started taxidermy as a hobby in 1980 when I was still in high school. In
1986, I took and passed the PA taxidermy exam and became a licensed taxidermist.
By 1989 my work-load
increased to the point that I decided to do taxidermy as my full-time job.
The whitetail deer is
my favorite animal to mount and hunt. I mount from 100 to 150 deer per
year. I have hunted deer in PA, NY, MT, WY, ID, AL, B.C., Manitoba, Alberta
& Sask.
I also have hunted
almost every big game animal available in North America, including 4
Alaskan hunts.
My family consists of
my wife Debbie and my 2 sons Clay & Ben.
